I suppose I should tell you that I am actually a veteran nutritionist and personal trainer who has been helping people lose weight and get happy for 10 years and counting.
My purpose in life is help YOU keep going on your journey to heath, happiness and hot bod's and so I continually provide our community with alternate views on health and fitness.
I am also a realist. I know that we can't be perfect all the time and I also know that depriving your body of the things you love is a surefire way to disaster-ville. And so, I put together a free meal plan for all the wine loving women in Durham Region.
